JC Beasley 0bd719ab91 Add cross-project pattern registry for retrieval-augmented generalization 
- Create patterns/ directory with README, manifest, and 10 initial patterns
  covering Ollama JSON fallback, API escaping, deprecation, PTY auth,
  queue-poll, LLM-as-parser, credential rotation, reverse proxy binding,
  human approval gates, and transient retry.
- Wire pattern loading into architecture/pipeline.js based on task tags.
- Update architecture/orchestrator.js to load patterns and surface them in
  the system prompt.
- Update MEMORY.md, ARCHITECTURE.md, and CONTEXT.md to document the registry
  and record the decision.

- Set correct table ID: mx149yctebfwvys (ai_data_Memory)
- Updated type column with SingleSelect options
- Added all required columns for corrections, preferences, episodes, decisions, validation
- Fixed column options for type, severity, status fields

JC Beasley cf3f1e1c53 Implement self-correcting memory architecture with critic engine 
Adds:
- Critic Engine (critic.js): Validates output against correction store
- Auto-detection: Identifies uncorrected patterns (quantitative without proof, vague quantification, etc.)
- Auto-storage: New patterns immediately stored as corrections
- NocoDB Schema: Tables for corrections, preferences, episodes, decisions, validation
- Memory Service (memory-service.js): NocoDB integration layer
- Response Generator (response-generator.js): End-to-end pipeline with critic
- Correction Store: JSON-based with README documentation

Behavior:
- ALL output validated before delivery
- Quantitative claims without evidence → auto-corrected
- Corrections immediately block future occurrences
- System learns from its own mistakes

Test: node architecture/test-critic.js
